Your main purpose

Mission: As a Sommelier, you will design tailored Wine experiences for our guests by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service.

Tailored Service:

• Create and update the wine list in coordination with the Food and Beverage Manager
• Advise guests on wines, based on their personal tastes and food choices
• Ensure wines are served at the right temperature and within the proper glassware

• Previous experience as a Sommelier, Wine Steward/Stewardess, or similar role within a bar/restaurant, preferably in a hotel environment
• Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus
• Sommelier Certification
• Strong verbal communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively
• Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything
