Job Description

The company Meraki Collection wishes to recruit enthusiastic and competent staff for the 5* hotel in Kamari, Santorini for the new season April - October 2025.

Position: Front Office Agent / Receptionist

Job Requirements

Skills required:

  • Bachelor's degree in tourism or business administration.
  • Knowledge of the English language (at least B2). Knowledge of an additional language is valued (German, French, Spanish).
  • Previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar position.
  • Computer skills (word-excel).
  • Knowledge of booking systems and “extranets” management (Web Hotelier, booking channels) will be highly appreciated.

Responsibilities of the introduced position include:

  • Executing check-ins, check-outs and audit of the guests’ bills
  • Handling complaints, room reservations and telephone calls
  • Attending to customer requests and needs
  • Providing information about the hotel and promoting its services and products
  • Creating and maintaining a pleasant environment with other departments of the hotel
