The company Meraki Collection wishes to recruit enthusiastic and competent staff for the 5* hotel in Kamari, Santorini for the new season April - October 2025.
Position: Front Office Agent / Receptionist
Job Requirements
Skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in tourism or business administration.
- Knowledge of the English language (at least B2). Knowledge of an additional language is valued (German, French, Spanish).
- Previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar position.
- Computer skills (word-excel).
- Knowledge of booking systems and “extranets” management (Web Hotelier, booking channels) will be highly appreciated.
Responsibilities of the introduced position include:
- Executing check-ins, check-outs and audit of the guests’ bills
- Handling complaints, room reservations and telephone calls
- Attending to customer requests and needs
- Providing information about the hotel and promoting its services and products
- Creating and maintaining a pleasant environment with other departments of the hotel
