Culinary school diploma
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4* / 5* hotel, with particular experience in Italian cuisine and pizza preparation
Compliance with hygiene and safety rules in the kitchen area, according to HACCP protocols
Very good knowledge of the English language
Ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time
Attention to detail and consistency
Team spirit and ability to work under pressure
