The Gundari hotel resort in Folegandros, is looking for for exceptionally skilled and guest-focused spa therapists for the 2025 season.

Gundari is a luxury resort on the enchanting island of Folegandros in the southern Cyclades. Set high on rugged cliffs overlooking the azure depths of the Aegean Sea, this extraordinary oasis is designed to inspire and invigorate, with wellness, gastronomy and sustainability at its heart.
Job Responsibilities:- Welcome spa guests with courtesy and professionalism.
- Deliver body treatments, massages and facials following Gundari standards and protocols.
- Maintain hygiene standards and ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms, equipment and back-of-house areas.
- Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked and presented according to Gundari standard.
- Provide exceptional guest service.
- Acknowledge and respond to customer queries, needs and expectations.
- Contribute to spa revenue by promoting retail products and additional services that support guest needs.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:- A Diploma in Beauty, Massage Therapy or other relevant qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a spa or salon, preferably in a 5-star environment.
- Outstanding performance in the delivery of spa treatments.
- Dedicated to delivering a premium customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Confident and comfortable making recommendations and closing sales.
- Excellent English language skills essential, and a second language would be a plus.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
- Great work ethic and team player.
- A positive outlook and a genuine desire to be of service.
- Current first aid certification (not essential).
- Basic computer and administration skills, including experience using spa scheduling software, will be an asset.
- Flexibility with working shifts, including weekends.
- Other complementary qualifications and skills will be highly regarded – for example, physiotherapy, yoga, naturopathy, meditation.
