Job Description

On behalf of our client, a leading multinational company, we are seeking a B2B Inbound Sales Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role involves managing inbound calls and emails from potential business clients, providing detailed product information, and driving sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) to research and create outreach strategies for high-value prospects.
  • Handle warm lead calling and respond to inquiries generated by marketing efforts to uncover client needs.
  • Qualify marketing-generated leads and guide them through the sales funnel, connecting with the appropriate sales personnel.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction levels.
  • Provide in-depth information on product features, pricing, and payment options through a consultative approach.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and other departments to resolve urgent customer issues.
  • Execute sales strategies to acquire new customers, improve product adoption, and enhance client retention.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, supporting reporting and customer interaction analysis.

  • Familiarity with fintech products or services.
  • Strong technical proficiency, especially in Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google applications.
