Season: Summer 2025

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Groom to join our team for the summer season of 2025. As a Groom, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay by providing assistance with luggage, and general guest services.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist with luggage handling
• Maintain the tidiness and organization of entrance areas.
• Provide guests with information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.

• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Physical ability to lift and transport luggage.
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Availability for flexible working hours
