CAPTAIN – SERVICE MANAGER
Qualities required:
- Recognized Certificate / Degree
- Good knowledge regarding Health & Safety issues, ISO/HACCP
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Previous experience required
- Ability to handle PDA/ POS
- Staff management
- Organizing daily staff schedule
