• Graduate of a Tourism School
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant service and oenology
• Previous experience in a similar or related position
• Fluent in English and at least one additional foreign language
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and a dynamic personality
• Problem-solving and management skills
• Ability to guide, train, and motivate a team
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and food & beverage management procedures
• Focus on delivering high-level services
