Food & Beverage Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Hotel Manager
- Manage all Food & Beverage department, day-to-day operations.
- Ensures implementation of brand standards from all employees in charge.
- Inspect and coordinate all Department for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, health and safety standards, staff and hospitality culture.
- Manages and motivates the teams in order to improve sales and quality.
- Deliver cost, expense and payroll targets.
- Monitor level of customer service by analyzing Guest Satisfaction.
- Work in partnership with all HODs to ensure guest’s needs are exceeded regarding Food & Beverage requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with all related departments.
- Oversees recruitment and hiring for the Department.
- Ensure all employees adhere to company grooming standards.
- Leads by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
