Your main purpose
Mission: As a Bar Supervisor, you will design tailored Beverage experiences for our guests by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service.
Tailored Service: Deliver superior service and maximize guests’ satisfaction. Organize the schedule and supervise the shifts, ensuring that the bar is adequately staffed. Train employees to provide excellent service.
Supervision: Ensure weekly/daily checklists are completed by bar employees, and that they adhere to systems and procedures as outlined by the company's standards.
